Damn U!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jon Stewart

I am a big fun of "The Daily Show" I find time each night @ 8pm (for some odd reason Direct TV doesn't broadcast the show at 11pm in AZ)..............Had to take some time to watch the "Show". However, I just learnt (via Joe Scaborough) that Jon may be a danger to American democracy. In a paper titled :"The Daily Show Effect", appearing in the current edition of the journal: "American Politics Research" Two Political Scientists argue the case for why Jon Stewart may be a danger to American democracy.

Yep, this was in the LA Times too. Watching the Daily Show makes you cynical and mistrustful of msm, the political process and candidates.
Didn't change my attitude-I was already like that...

NO, Jon Stewart is truthful - our Government is corrupt and it not representing the US people. The media have become the puppets of the Government. The President should be impeached, along with his Vice President AND NSA

The president shouldn't be impeached. He's doing a helluva job. Jon Stewart is an anti-american jew who can't land a big role in any movie, so he has to rely on cameos in movies about freaking crossword puzzles.

heckuva or helluva, it doesn't matter. Jon Stewart is hurting america by his anti-american, left-winged agenda. He needs to take some tips from Stephen Colbert, and support American for a change.

The problem with the Daily Show is the same problem with Saturday Night Live. It's only funny during a Presidential election year.

Outside of that Stewart seems to fall back on his subjective views of life instead of the brilliant bash everybody style of the political writers of Saturday Night Live.

I find when I view the Daily show outside of these years, I enjoy the correspondents of the show more than Stewart.

Finally I've got to say Craig who??.. to Stewart's predecessor Mr. Kilborn who's version of the show while entertaining at the time is completely forgotten much as Mr. Kilborns career is now.

Anyone who actually thinks Stephen Colbert is pro right wing is missing the beauty of the show. It's called satire, people!
I knew Republicans would think it's the show for them. They totally miss the zingers he slips in about Bush.
