Miller Lite/ Man laws

Miller has come up with a very funny and interesting ad campaign: "Man Law" Some of the "laws" are to be adhered to at all times: "You poke it, you own it", no "top clinking" (stem or bottom acceptable), and "Can crashing", it's also high time we eliminated the "High Five"

However, the "overflow slam" is always funny and a scientific marvel, especially when one is intoxicated, its as amazing as the Mentos/coke experiment. In addition, it's okay to take ones "Unopened beer" once one exits a party.

On the "lime in beer" debate, it depends on the beer. Now miller, bud, guiness etc.. one should not use lime, but when it comes to Mexican Cerveza: Dos Equis, Corona and Tecate, lime is good. It's very difficult to drink a limeless Corona.

Great commercial, crappy beer.

Personally, I those man law commercials painful to the eye - may be it is bcoz i REALLY find the beer crap.

But do you know teh reason they put the lime on the corona? I gather they used to have soooo many flies landing on the mouth of the bottle ... then s'one discovered accidentaly that the lime kept the damned insects off the bottle! And voila - a norm was born ... n' now u can't drink it without a lime!

@Mwangi, The fly thing is a very interesting theory, next time I'm at my fav bar, I shall investigate it.

I second that. Nothing beats a cold corona with lime. Those man laws? that's some major bs. and who drinks miller anyway?

@Kymmbr, the one time I have ever regreted an beer purchase was when I bought an 18 pk of Miller Lite.

Twas the most painfully excruciating experience, I could not throw away the beer, but twas sooo painful drinking that crappy beer. Scratch that, Coors Original is worse.
